2024 Annual General Meeting – Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 8:00pm
The OAC is holding the 2024 annual general meeting for members on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 8:00pm for the following purposes:
- to approve the minutes of the previous members’ meeting (September 27, 2023);
- to approve the financial statements of the Corporation for the year ended June 30, 2024;
- to confirm the directors of the Corporation;
- to appoint the accountants and authorize the directors to fix their remuneration;
- to transact such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
In addition to the above, the following items will be addressed on the agenda:
- Board Report
- Membership Update
- 2021 Physician Services Agreement (Year 3 Allocation)
- 2024 Physician Services Agreement (Year 1 Award)
- Income Relativity
- EQI Program
- Other Key Initiatives (e.g. OAC Clinical Practice and Financial Management Seminar, Government Advocacy, Member Discounts)
- New Business
- Adjournment
